BYC is recruiting for a worldwide leading producer of ion exchange resins (specialty chemicals), including catalysts and adsorbents:

TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER FOR MAGHREB MARKETS

To be based in Tunis

Main responsibilities: you will be accountable for commercial activities including technical support. Thus, it will be your duties to:

Travel throughout the Region more than 50% of the time,

Perform market studies for products and applications in the region,

Elaborate product pricing,

Visit customers, agents, distributors,

Prepare technical and commercial bids

Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support

Operate computer assisted design for ion exchange systems

Liaise with production/logistics

Monitor execution of orders and sample requests

Arrange/Lead technical seminars on ion exchange products and applications

Profile: We are looking for highly committed candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to manage workload with minimum supervision

Minimum Bachelor degree particularly in chemistry and/or environment

3-5 years of successful sales and customer service experience

Very good English (perfectly fluent)
